- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to make HUGE 1040-ES payment. Was told I needed appt. No mention on this site that "by appt only". Was allowed in cuz it would be quick. Asked for receipt to validate date of payment and was told they don't make copes of checks. I wish I could give a rating below 0! Our government $$ at work.By p e brooks, June 09, 2017
